Spiritual self-healing is a truly believable process that you can achieve if you are an individual with a passion to do so. I must admit to a lifetime of believing and trusting in God. I have achieved self-healing many times spiritually, but always with the Holy Spirit as my guide. For me it all begun after I totally managed the ability to obtain a complete relaxed state of mind and overtime with the increase awareness of the empowering holy spirit within. It is overwhelmingly unbelievable the freedom and release of worldly cares this can bring.
