A Meditation Candle

Meditation Candle

"O Hearer of prayer, even to you people of all flesh will come." "God is not partial, but in every nation the man that fears him and works righteousness is acceptable to him."
Ps. 65:2; Acts 10: 34,35

"This is the confidence that we have toward him, that, no matter what it is that we ask according to his will, he hears us."
John 5: 14

Now may the peace that passes all understanding continue to be with you...

Please be sure to use your own meditations while listening.

Blessings,

Marlene's Ministry Corner

As a wedding officiant I want to elaborate on Marriage and performing weddings. Of course the earliest union  begins with Adam and Eve. This is the union of a man and woman according to standards set in the Holy Biblical Scriptures. Genesis 2: 18; The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." The institution of marriage is a divine one. This is so because of the its provision of an intimate relationship between a husband and a wife and their commitment to one another. This relationship also allows for the provision and the procreation of more humans through the arrangement of a family. Marriage is the bringing together legally the union of a husband and a wife. What this does is provide a legal registration between the two and also safeguard any property rights of their family members in any event of death (or a divorcement) of one of the married pair. You might think, what were the "legal formalities"  between Adam and Eve when they just lived together. This we can claim to be the Universal Sovereign, God, who determined this union. Gen. 2:22-24: Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called woman," for she was taken out of man.

Performing a wedding takes meticulous care and planning. There will need to be a pre-scheduling of a time, place, pre-counseling (with wedding officiant), cost, etc. There are many variations of the wedding ceremony. The couple will need to chose from a selection that the wedding officiant have or they may opt to write their own vows. Scheduling is so important for the wedding officiant. If an issue comes up and the couple will not be able to keep their date previously planned the wedding officiant need to be informed promptly. This could develop in a lose of time and money to the wedding officiant due to another couple needing to schedule their wedding at that time.

I am an available and reliable wedding officiate who cares about you marriage concerns.
